In our culture, we only have good meals at lunch and dinner and do not eat properly at breakfast. However, studies show that breakfast is more important than any other meal of the day. it is said that people with healthy physique have a habit of not skipping breakfast. But this does not mean that we can remain healthy and fit by just eating breakfast. The most ideal time to have breakfast is from 7 to 8 a.m. and no later than 10 a.m. here are a few of the benefits of eating a proper breakfast.
