There are over 200 species of pepper in the world. Peppers differ on their levels of spiciness. Pepper contains a nutrient that is beneficial for the heart, blood pressure and the respiratory system. Pepper is also the source of plenty of vitamins such as; vitamin C, vitamin K and vitamin A. Here are some of the benefits of pepper.

1.It activates the brain. The burning sensation following consumption of pepper activates hormones and removes feelings of tiredness. The main nutrient in pepper facilitates the release of endorphin hormones.

2.For healthy skin and hair. The high content of vitamin C rebuilds cells and has anti aging properties. It also prevents acne, rashes and dandruff by decreasing body sensitivity.
