Fear is an innate emotion that happens when
someone is in a new environment. It is controlled by Amygdala, which is located
in the brain. As much as this emotion protects us, it also prevents us from
doing or trying something new that can be helpful for our personal growth
whether it is public speech or trying a new career. Here are a few ways we can
decrease the amount of fear we experience when we are faced with a challenge.
First we must accept the fear.
