Tea to reduce belly fat

Today we shall be looking at two methods of preparing Green tea in order to eliminate belly fat. The first step is to dip the Green tea bag in hot water and let it cool for five minutes or more. This helps the Green tea to have a rich flavor. The following step is to prepare ginger, which is first peeled and then chopped in to small pieces. The amount of ginger to be put in the tea could vary according to preference. 

Those of you who prefer plenty amount of ginger in your tea could add as much ginger as you would like, and for those of you who do not like ginger at all can replace it with a cinnamon stick because cinnamon also has excellent belly fat burning capacity. We can then add lemon in to our tea. Lemon is also said to have calorie and fat burning properties so it is considered ideal when preparing such a tea. Place the ginger in a cup and squeeze the lemons into the cup then leave for a few minutes. 

By the way, when we are considering losing weight through exercise or diet, it is recommended that we must check our health status and consult an expert. This drink can eliminate a lot of fat weight so we must first check if it is healthy for us to proceed with it.

The next step is to add one teaspoon of honey and hot water into our mix. We then dip the Green tea bag in the cup and let it soak in there for a couple of minutes.

The second preparation method for Green tea is to make an iced tea.

We first dip the Green tea bag in hot water and leave it to cool for a few minutes. For this session, we will use strawberries but any type of berries like blueberries and blackberries are equally helpful. We can also use cucumber and watermelons as replacement for strawberries in this procedure.  We place the strawberries in the cooled tea then add sliced lemons. The amount of sliced lemons we use in the tea can vary with our preference. The mix should not be thick as the drink is made to quench our thirst. We can also add cubes of ice to our drink.
