Due to its high caffeine concentration and antioxidant property, coffee results in the formation of acid in our stomach which further causes stomach upset and ache. so you should avoid drinking coffee.

3. Gastric discomfort

Since coffee leads to high gastric acid secretion it causes and exacerbates gastric ulcers. So people with gastritis should avoid drinking coffee till they get cured of the disease.
