1.Skeleton: the skeleton is the body’s support system. The strength of the skeleton increases gradually until 30 years of age but declines afterwards. It is commonly assumed that aging of the body starts at 50 but had been proved that aging starts in the mid 20s and early 30s. Exercise can delay the time that aging starts.
2.Skeletal muscle: the part of the body that moves the skeleton. Through age the muscles gradually decrease in size and amount of protein in the body decreases. Through exercising you can delay the process of aging .
3.Fat: the healthy amount of fat in the body should be 2-5% in males and 10-13% in females. It is an alternative source of energy if the body runs out. But more fat in the body than the percentage put forth will lead to many health problems such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes and more.
